Scope and who we are

These terms describe the rules for using porcelainsunlimited.com (our informational website) and, where noted, porcelainsstore.com (our separate wholesale store). Both are operated by Porcelains Unlimited, LLC (“Porcelains Unlimited,” “we,” or “us”). By using either site, you agree to these terms.

Some matters are governed separately. Purchases made through the wholesale store are also subject to the store’s own checkout terms, and each order is governed by the quotes, order confirmations, and other documentation we issue for it. Other websites or services linked from these sites, including Eternal Timekeeper™, have their own terms, which these terms do not modify.

Website content and acceptable use

Our websites provide general information about Porcelains Unlimited products and services for memorial-industry professionals. Website content does not by itself create an offer to sell at a particular price, a confirmed production schedule, or a binding order.

You may view, download, and print pages from our websites for your legitimate business use in evaluating or ordering our products. You may not copy, republish, modify, or use website content for any other commercial purpose without our written permission. You may not misuse the sites, attempt to gain unauthorized access to them or related systems, or interfere with their operation.

We work to keep website content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every description, specification, image, or availability note is complete or up to date. Catalogs, proofs, and order documentation control in the event of a difference.

Wholesale accounts

Wholesale pricing and online ordering are available to memorial-industry professionals. Accounts are requested and approved through the Wholesale Store; we may decline or close an account where these terms or our business requirements are not met.

You agree to provide accurate, current business information when requesting an account, to keep sign-in credentials confidential, and to tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. Accounts are personal to the approved business and may not be shared with or transferred to others.

Orders, proofs, and production

Pricing, product selection, order placement, payment, and returns are handled through the wholesale store and our order documentation rather than the informational website. Product availability, specifications, pricing, proofs, production schedules, and warranty eligibility are governed by the applicable order documentation and policies.

Many products are personalized. We prepare a proof for your review before production; please review proofs carefully, including spelling, dates, and image placement. Typical production turnaround: approximately 10–12 business days for most standard orders after proof approval. Custom work may require additional time.

Photos, artwork, and materials you provide

When you submit photographs, names, dates, inscriptions, logos, or other artwork for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to provide those materials for the requested work and that doing so will not violate anyone’s rights. You also permit us and our production partners to reproduce those materials as needed to produce your order.

Please share only materials you are authorized to provide. We may decline production of submitted materials that appear improper or that we are not permitted to use, and we may ask you to confirm authorization before work begins.

Product information and availability

Product lines, sizes, finishes, and options — including custom panels up to 90" × 31.5" — are described on our websites and in our catalogs. Descriptions and images are illustrative; the finished characteristics of personalized products are established through the proof and order documentation for each order.

We may change, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time. Where a listed item becomes unavailable, we will work with you on a suitable alternative or other resolution through the order process.

Links to other services

Our websites link to services we operate or use for convenience, including the Wholesale Store, Eternal Timekeeper™, and a production tour video hosted on YouTube. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

Intellectual property

The porcelainsunlimited.com and porcelainsstore.com websites, and content we create for them — including text, photography, catalogs, page designs, logos, and brand names — are owned by Porcelains Unlimited or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as described under acceptable use above, no license to that content is granted.

Materials you submit for personalization remain yours; these terms address only the permission needed to use them for your order.

Warranty and disclaimer

Product warranty coverage is described in our catalogs and order documentation. In summary: Qualifying porcelain cameo products damaged or faded because of a manufacturer’s defect may qualify for replacement, subject to warranty terms. Accidental damage and excluded products are not covered.

The informational website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general business use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits warranty rights that apply to products under the applicable order documentation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Porcelains Unlimited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from or relating to your use of the websites. Our total liability arising from the websites is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These limits apply to website use only. Liability for products, orders, and production is governed by the applicable order documentation and applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the websites will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida serving our business address below, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We both agree to try to resolve concerns informally first — most questions can be handled by contacting us using the details below.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services and practices change. A revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the websites after a revision is posted means you accept the revised terms.
