Proof approval before production
Each order gets a digital proof to approve before we make anything.
Predictable turnaround
Typical production turnaround: approximately 10–12 business days for most standard orders after proof approval. Custom work may require additional time.
200-Year Warranty
Qualifying porcelain cameo products damaged or faded because of a manufacturer’s defect may qualify for replacement, subject to warranty terms. Accidental damage and excluded products are not covered.
